Below is just a small, representative list of projects CEDC has helped to fund. 

CEDC provided two debt instruments totaling $4.0 million to this manufacturer of non-woven fabrics.  More than 500 individuals are employed at the NH plant, and the business has now begun the production of its new, revolutionary product, Fosshield.

CEDC provided gap expansion financing for this business in Portsmouth.  Uniwaste handles and recycles industrial and commercial lighting waste, removing the mercury for reuse.  CEDC used the Seacoast Revolving Loan Fund to make this deal happen.

CEDC provided financing for this 20 year old maker of fine baking mixes, jams, and jellies.  CEDC financing was critical in attracting bank financing to help the business accommodate a period of rapid national sales growth.

CEDC provided gap financing (in conjunction with SBA 504 funds) to this company for the purchase of a business condominium.  Prodev manufactures circuit board rework stations and moved into the State as a result of CEDC financing.

CEDC provided this project $375,000 loan through the HUD CDBG program.  This project involved the development of a major aviation fixed base operator at the Pease International Tradeport, including maintenance, hangar, and office space for aviation-related clients.
