Daniel Gray, Managing Director

Dan was named Managing Director in August 2000. He has more than 15 years of experience in economic development, finance, and real estate development.  Dan holds an MBA from American University in Washington, DC, and a BA (Economics) from the University of New Hampshire.  In addition to serving as Managing Director of CEDC, Dan is currently Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Community Development Finance Authority.

Sheila Cragg, Project/Property Administrator

Sheila is a critical staff member of CEDC, performing various aspects of project administration and property management.  Sheila’s functions range from preparation of Board materials, to tenant relations, to bookkeeping, to loan administration.
